If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted  (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.


We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the order being placed please let us know. If your order is incorrect please take a photograph of the order and the packaging asap and email it to us within 30 days. After 30 days have passed we cannot be held responsible for any losses or returns. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or the wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order. Personalized products made in Cestlheure  Edit are customized just for you. This means that such products are not returnable unless there is any manufacturing error. For products bought from an authorized Cestlheure stockist, please reach out to the corresponding stockist for return/exchange.

Complaints & Faulty Delivered Goods

  • Products purchased via our webshop are covered by a 2-year warranty
  • If you have received a faulty item, we will offer a replacement of the item or offer you refund of your purchase
  • If you make a claim of your purchase within the 2-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping
  • We will refund your shipping costs for returning the faulty item
  • If you have received the wrong product or size, we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct product
  • If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item

All products from Cestlheure purchased from our stores or dealers are also covered by a 2-year warranty, but all claims need to be submitted through the store at which the product was purchased.
