Shopping Basics

All orders are shipped from Cestlheure by using Standard free delivery, Priority, and Express methods for the US. International Express, Priority, and First Class Methods. Canada and Mexico Express shipping is available.

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from Cestlheure.co If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the order being placed please let us know. If your order is incorrect please take a photograph of the order and the packaging asap and email it to us within 30 days. After 30 days have passed we cannot be held responsible for any losses or returns.

Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or the wrong items are delivered. Please email or call us.

Yes, we offer International Express, Priority, and First Class Shipping.

Payments

We reserve the right for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries, and sold-out items. You can pay with PayPal, Apple pay, Stripe, credit card, debit card, and visa.

No, we do not charge sales tax on any item.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we offer the opportunity to return your purchase ordered from Cestlheure, there will be a shipping label sent with every package, and you must contact us through email or call us to expedite your refund. 

Take 1-2 weeks to get a refund.
